CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking your appointment and paying your deposit means that you have read the entire policy & you agree to the policy. There are no exceptions. 🚨Pamper Me Waxing only services women 🧼CLEANSE🧼 Please take a warm shower or bath right before your appointment 💰Payment Policy All payments are due immediately before the start of your service(s). Accepted payment methods include cash (exact change), Zelle, or Apple Pay. This policy ensures a smooth and efficient experience, saving time after your service. 🗓️Late Reschedule Policy If you need to reschedule your appointment with less than 12 hours' notice, the remaining balance must be paid via one of the accepted payment methods, along with a $15 rescheduling fee. Once the balance and fee are settled, we will reschedule your appointment to a new date within 14 days. Your remaining balance will be $0. If rescheduling occurs beyond 14 days, any payments made for the missed or rescheduled appointment will be forfeited, and a new appointment must be booked online. ⏰Late/Tardy Policy Arriving more than 5 minutes after your scheduled appointment time will incur a $15 late fee. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled under the "Late Reschedule Policy" and will be subject to the same conditions. 😷Face Mask Policy In response to the ongoing concerns regarding COVID-19, the flu, and other viruses, I kindly request that all clients wear a face mask during their appointment. This precaution is in place to help protect both you and me from potential illness and to minimize the spread of viruses. Arrival Reminder: Be sure to read the arrival instructions & text me when you arrive and your appointment. 🤒SICKNESS🤒 We understand that sickness can be sudden, but the rescheduling policy still applies to protect the business and our time. If you are sick, please wear a face mask to your appointment. There are no exceptions.
